General terms
The information on this website is for general information only. It should not be taken as constituting professional advice from the website owner – Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated.
Donations to Hunter Fighter Collection Inc. of $2 and over may be tax deductible in Australia. Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated is not a financial adviser. You should consider seeking independent legal, financial, taxation or other advice to check how the website information relates to your unique circumstances.
Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated is not liable for any loss caused, whether due to negligence or otherwise arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information provided directly or indirectly, by use of this website.
Disputes and refunds
All donations are gifts made to Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated (ABN 31774990889) registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission and endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a tax concession charity and deductible gift recipient, with no conditions.
Refunds may be issued at Hunter Fighter Collections’ discretion. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances, and only when the funds have not been granted to the charity. Some circumstances in which refunds might be issued include when the donation was:
- made in error;
- made in an incorrect amount; or
- not authorized by the donor.
Donors with exceptional circumstances such as these have 10 business days to notify Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated of any errors and make a refund request in writing.
Please note, Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated is under no obligation to refund donations made in error and does not normally offer refunds for a change of heart. It is for this reason we ask you make your decision to donate carefully.
You may contact us at info.hfcscone@gmail.com to request a refund. Be sure to include details of your original donation including:
- your full name (or the name used on your credit card)
- the donation date
- the donation amount
- your receipt number, and
- the nature of the error made.
Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated will review your refund request and let you know the outcome. If your refund is approved, your original tax receipt becomes void and invalid, and a new receipt will be issued (where applicable).
All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly in writing or by email at info.hfcscone@gmail.com as soon as possible or Contact Us so that we can resolve your query quickly.
If you have made a mistake, such as an incorrect account number or incorrect BSB, when making a donation to Hunter Fighter Collection, you must contact your bank or credit union immediately. Hunter Fighter Collection Incorporated is not responsible for mistaken bank or internet payments.
Any issues should be directed to Hunter Fighter Collection in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still refer it to your financial institution which will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.
